2011 - 2013 District Three Biennium Goals

  • Utilize the REBRANDING MATERIALS that were presented and adopted at the International Convention in Rapid City, South Dakota in July of 2011.
  • Implement a STRATEGIC PLAN. A template for a club strategic plan will be supplied to every club. Each club will be able to customize their plans to meet the needs of their individual club.
  • Each club will have a goal to increase our MEMBERSHIP with a net of one new member each year of the biennium.
  • Love our ENVIRONMENT by having an electronic newsletter and an electronic yearbook. A template will be provided for both an electronic newsletter and yearbook.
  • Participate in the Governor’s Project: ALTRUSA SOS (SUPPORTS OUR SOLDIERS) Each club will adopt a military person who is assigned to combat duty. If a club does not know of an individual they would like to adopt we will gladly give them a name of a person in need of adopting. Suggestions of what to do for your adopted soldier will also be given to Clubs.
