if you will NOT be attending a meeting by 5 pm on the Friday prior.

If we do not hear from you and you miss the meeting, you will be charged for the lunch. It is becoming increasingly critical that we have a firm number for the restaurant since our membership is growing by leaps and bounds! (What a great problem to have)

Club members must let me know if they will NOT be attending.

Altrusa Friends must let me know if they WILL be attending.

Also, please notify me if anyone plans to bring a guest.

Board Meetings: 11:30, First Tuesday of the month (Bocelli’s)

Business Meetings: 12:00 First Tuesday of the month (Bocelli’s)

Program Meetings: 12:00 Third Tuesday of the month (Bocelli’s)

Altrusa After Hours: 5:30 or 6:00 to 6:30 or 7:00 – When a month has a fifth Tuesday; social get-together at a member home or business with finger foods, beverages

If the college classes are delayed due to weather - we still meet as planned. If the college is closed, there will be no lunch meeting.
